Nicole covers everything needed to help with the shy fearful dog. She gives excellent tools and information about these dogs. A must for anyone in training, behavior, and who owns a shy fearful dog.

Incredibly helpful!, July 28, 2011
Reviewer: Laura Walker
This book is written in a way the average pet owner can understand, but is still incredibly helpful for us trainers. Very user-friendly, very essential for anyone with a fearful dog or who trains dogs.

A Dog Training Staple, March 15, 2010
Reviewer: Crystal Saling
By far the most comprehensive book written to adress fear-based behaivor issues. It discusses every aspect of therapy including food, DAP, anxiety wraps and other such devices, and many CC/D protocols for several different fear-based behaviors. No dog trainer/ behavior consultant should be without this book and no dog owner with a fearful dog should be either.
