Returns / Exchanges

Return it in New / Unchewed condition within 60 days of receipt of purchase to:

When making a return or exchange, please include your name and address along with instructions (i.e. please credit my account, I would like to make an exchange, etc). Please include a copy of your original invoice if possible. You may return merchandise within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise you ordered. Please note that shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where the merchandise was defective, when the merchandise was damaged during shipping, or if Dogwise made an error in shipment. In all other cases, no refund of shipping charges will be made, and the customer will be responsible for the postage required to return the merchandise to Dogwise.
