Overall, I thought the book was OK. It provided a good pep talk but little more. It was an easy read. I finished in one evening.
I am a huge Patty Ruzzo fan and would have loved to have been able to meet her. Anyone interested in a wonderful training video should track down a copy of her Fronts and Finishes Video. It is the best. |
